From the time I first stopped in till the time I purchased four brand new tires the service was excellent follow-through was good. I stopped in with a leaky tire. Another local location said they couldn’t do anything with it because it had been plugged previously, which they had done. I stopped in a gentleman helped me said let’s take a look at it. I took the tire off plugged it put a patch on was good for another 20,000 miles now I purchased a set New tires. Highly recommend great price and service. Thank you

I needed tires for my Jeep and I started by shopping on line. Once I found tires I was interested in I requested quotes. I had bought tires before from Waukegan Tire and had always been satisfied so when they had my selected tires in stock I decided to make my purchase. The tires were in the range of other vendors offering similar tires but I did not specifically cross shop the same brand. My appointment for the installation went as scheduled and I returned the next day for wheel alignment. The Jeep now drives well without vibration or pulling to left or right and I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend anyone to see Waukegan Tire for all their tire needs.

I had a slow flat. It couldn't be repaired. The great folks at Waukegan Tire were able to locate a used replacement with similar wear as my other tires. I drove away having saved more than $300! Another really easy maintenance taken care of by the Waukegan Tire team in Grayslake. My Audi A4 needs and oil change, so the knocked it out in just over an hour while I waited. I stopped taking my car to the Audi dealer because every maintenance appointment turned into a $1,000+ visit. Amazing how many things they can find that needs replacing or updating. It’s crazy how they add things. Here I get things done fast and easy and for a very reasonable price. Last time I bought tires from Waukegan Tire. They were $1,000 less than the Audi dealership for exact same tires.

Great place to have your car serviced at a very reasonable price. Wonderful people helping at the front desk and great mechanics working on your car. They won't try to sell you a service you don't need, like at the dealership. I've been going there for several years now and come out as a happy customer every single time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jorge and KJ are the guys. The entire staff was quick and helpful, but those two specifically made sure I understood what work was being done and what reasonable looks like. What work was necessary and what could be put off financially until a further date. I appreciate them for the strut work they did on my wife’s car and the 4 new tires they put onto my car.

Waukegan Tire is great. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Les behind the counter is very responsive and helpful. I had to flats on the passenger side along w 2 rims that had damage. They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys

715 am and tire light is on again. I just turned 72 and am struggling with sciatica/ possible herniated disk. I reached Waukegan Tire at 730 am.they assured me they could help. They were all like the family you need on a situation like this. My family was not available and Waukegan Tires was my family that morning. They took care of my issue and had me out in about an hour.They were very courteous and knowing I had trouble walking,drove my car up and helped me in my car. Remember them when you are in need of their services.
